Return Policy

Order Cancellation

If you made a purchase on www.allzoneshop.com and wish to cancel the order, please contact our Customer Service.

Cancellation Deadline: In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers who make online purchases have up to 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the product to request a return.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation: Certain products are not eligible for return due to health or hygiene protection reasons, especially if the protective seal has been removed after delivery. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used.

  • Health items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be returned to the address provided by our support team.

  • It must be in its original packaging, with all manuals and labels included.

  • The product must be unused and undamaged.

  • The purchase receipt must be attached to the returned product.

Products that do not meet these specifications will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refunds

  • For credit card payments, the refund may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Refunds will be processed after the product inspection in our Distribution Center.

  • The product must not show signs of use for a refund to be approved.

Note: All cancellation requests must be communicated to our Customer Service before returning the product. Otherwise, the request will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

Defective Products

Products sold by AllZoneShop come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

To request a defect evaluation, please follow these instructions:

  • Send the product to the address provided by our team.

  • Use the original packaging.

  • Include the purchase receipt.

  • Attach a written description detailing the defect and how the product was used.

If the defect is confirmed, you can:

  1. Receive a replacement product at no additional cost.

  2. Choose another product of equivalent value. If the new item is more expensive, the customer must cover the price difference.

If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer along with a report explaining the reasons. Common reasons for non-acceptance include:

  • Misuse of the product.

  • Accidental damage.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Improper washing.

Automatic Cancellation of Orders by AllZoneShop

Orders may be automatically canceled in the following cases:

  • Failure in processing the payment.

  • Inconsistent order details.

  • Product out of stock.

If an order is canceled due to out-of-stock, the refund will be made in full using the same payment method. The customer will be notified of the occurrence.
