- Which size does my dog need? 

The 4L fountain is perfect for small to medium dogs (up to 50 lbs), while the 7L fountain is ideal for large breeds (50+ lbs) or multi-dog households.When in doubt, go bigger - your dog will appreciate the extra water capacity!



- How often do I need to change the filters?
Check them once a month. Most filters last between 4–8 weeks depending on water quality and number of pets. We recommend keeping a few spares on hand.

- How do I set it up?

Step 1: Insert the filter into the designated slot.

Step 2: Fill the stainless steel bowl with fresh, clean water.

Step 3: Plug in the fountain and check the water flow.

Step 4: That’s it! your dog now has constant access to clean, filtered water!
